You can't make people do what they are not willing to do but you can inspire them by letting them know what your goals are. People have different objectives here at SFI. Some people just wish to shop and save on the merchandise won at auction for pennies on the dollar. Others wish to just have fun playing games to pass the time. Some think that they don't have to do anything but log in and earn a few versa points. For these people, you can't control how they choose to do business.
Nonetheless, there are those serious minded networkers out there that wish to really leave a mark. You can sponsor a contest for these types on top of the perks for being a winner in the challenge. It is imperative that you remind people that most people just don't have the patience it takes to be successful in network marketing. You will recruit 1000s but only a few hundred will really excel. That being said, it is not difficult to try to sponsor 1 active member everyday. That is more than most and you can really appreciate your own effort when you are serious about networking. The money and rewards follow hard work.
