When new persons sign up as an affiliate, SFI Website guides them through the initial steps and suggestions they need so that they will be able to get started right.
It will also make them know about the New Member Pack available to them within their first 10 days in the program.
This is how all new sign ups are expected to start their journey in SFI.
1. The moment you get the notification about a new PSA, please send a Welcome E-Card.
2. In the Card itself you can introduce yourself as an affiliate of SFIMG so that the new PSA will
understand as to why you are trying to establish contact.
3. In case, you are the one who personally sponsored him/her then please identify yourself as his/her
Sponsor in SFI.
4. Assure him/her of your total support for his/her growth and success.
5 Finally, congratulate him/her for joining SFI in general and your Team in specific.
Then,
1. Follow this, with a mail guiding him/her to the To Do List in their SFI Home Page.
2. The mail can be short, sweet, personal and friendly.
3. By doing this, the new PSA will be able to familiarize himself/herself with the way of working to
get VP and grow on a daily basis.
4. Do not talk about Compensation Plan, the need to score 1500 VP, etc, etc.
5. Guide and lead him/her to study everything explained in START/BASICs & LAUCHPAD
Lessons.
6. By this, they themselves will understand as to how to proceed further & succeed.
7. Respond to their questions as quickly as possible.
8. Encourage them by sharing your experience/growth/performance, etc.
9. All these will motivate them to move on and on;
10. Ensure, their Profile Page is filled immediately to understand their back ground better;
11.Always guide them to the helpful areas of SFI Center.
12. We all draw our power to grow from the SFI System; They should be aware of Forum,
Support Desk, etc. Guide them as to how efficiently these can be used to our advantage;
13. Guide them to fully read and understand the SFI Policies and Procedures.
All these can be explained to them through mail stage by stage. No need to rush up things as its their life long business and it requires solid foot hold by knowing the fundamentals.
SFI has provided very many Reporting System from where we can draw various information about the new PSAs and variety of Communication channels by which we can contact them.
These include:
1. Genealogy;
2. Movers;
3. Affiliate Snapshot (including Profile);
4. E-Cards;
5. SFIMG (Chat System);
6. Stream;
7. Group Mail;
8. Personal Mail IDs;
Apart from these, its also possible to stay connected with the new PSAs (at a later date) through Face Book, Twitter, Skype, Mobile Phone, SMS, etc
All these are need based and case specific.
Please study the situation, understand the circumstances (time element, etc) and try to choose any of these means to communicate with them. The important thing is "stay connected".
