When you recruit PSAs, they automatically become TripleClicks members and can access TC and participate in all TC activities just like PRMs.
When you recruit PRMs, they become TripleClicks members only and cannot participate in programmes that PSAs are able to.
The answer to your question therefore depends entirely on your focus and on what you want.
If you want to simply earn as much commission as possible then concentrate on building the numbers of your PRMs. Note, not only will you earn commission but also all the VPs associated with the products they purchase. If they stop buying products, you stop getting commission and sales VPs. On your part you will have to constantly and heavily advertise and promote TC products otherwise your source of income will be none.
If you want to build your team of affiliates, then recruiting PSAs is the way to go. Building your team of affiliates is the recommended way to build a successful SFI business.
Your team of affiliates will hopefully duplicate your activities and recruit both PRMs and PSAs. They are TC members and can therefore earn you commission by their TC activities. They also earn VPs and if qualifying criteria are met you will also earn Matching VPs and receive a much bigger share of the TC Executive Pool. That’s where the money is!
So yes, to answer your question, recruiting PSA is better. When well sponsored, they will bring you much better rewards then recruiting PRMs.
At the beginning of my answer however, I said recruit both. This is because your PRMs can become PSAs. Some of them once exposed to TC will quickly recognise what a great opportunity SFI is and become PSAs. When this happens I strongly recommend that you work with these PSAs as they are obviously already sold on SFI and are familiar with TripleClicks.
