I would say whichever brings you the better return on your investment.
PSA's and PRM's are both valuable in building a business, but what is better for me may not be so for you.
I may be successful in PRM's sales because I am more successful in getting others to make purchases. In this case, PRM's will be better to recruit.
You may be more successful at recruiting PSA's, because your advertising is working better for you. You are reaching the right prospects, getting sign ups and are able to keep them active. In this case recruiting PSA's is better for you.
Try them both. Make the same investment and track your results.
Personally, I see them both of equal importance.
1-PRM's to sell TripleClicks or ECA products to generate sales
2-PSA"s to build a team for long-term income
Remember your PRM's can convert to PSA's without any extra effort on your part.
