I would recommend that you, first, send your new PSA a welcome card letting him/her know who you are and that you are looking forward to working with them. Make sure to let them know how to contact you if they need guidance.
Second, your new PSA's 1st month can be daunting to some. Make sure to break down the tasks that need to be completed in a very easy to understand way.
Third, watch your PSA. When they are doing well, let them know. When they ask for guidance, provide them guidance in a timely manner. If they all of a sudden stop logging into their business, send them a note asking if there is anything that they might need help with.
Bottom line is to pay attention to the progress of your PSA's. Provide them with guidance and praise.
