1. What are all the products you personally won?
2. What was the cost advantage you got?
3. How does the quality compare with similar product from others?
4. How long it took before you actually received the products after winning?
5. Did you face any service problem with the products & how it was resolved to your satisfaction?
6. How the products are governed by the international Warranty & Guarantee clauses?
Then, ask them what are all the products of interest to them & show them the schedule of Auctions covering them.
Please make them know the prices of those products won by others in previous auctions, Give them indicative prices & the quantum of TCredits required to bid & reach similar prices along with likely time duration of such Auctions.
