SFI keeps providing so much opportunities equally to all of us & the means to use them effectively to ensure every one keeps growing continuously and earn an income.
The SFI Compensation Plan shows the different types of methods by which we can achieve our goals. These include:
A1. PRM (Personally Referred Member) is a person who joined TripleClicks based on your referral. 2. What ever products he purchases, you will earn the commission & the applicable Sales VersaPoints.
3. But the problem here is that all the communication will be taken care by TripleClicks;
4, You will not be able to contact your PRMs, as a matter of TripleClicks Policy.
5. In case your PRMs become an SFI affiliate, any TC Member they referred prior to their becoming an SFI affiliate, they remain your PRMs.
6. You can continue to enjoy these benefits.
B1. PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliate) is a person who joined SFI based on your reference.
2. You are responsible for providing leadership and support.
3. Your growth depends, to a great extent, on your PSA's growth;
4. You have to remain connected with them & you should be easily accessible.
5. You should motivate them through your performance & achievements;
6. You should inspire them to move on, with regular incentives.
7. You can not give up on any of them even if they remain inactive;
8. Based on your TL status, you stand to earn more & gain more through their growth;
9. When they keep growing month after month by building their own team, you can become the highest ranked leader and naturally the income keeps increasing.
Conclusion:
1. Through PRMs you stand to earn as and when they buy products, in terms of commission, VP,etc.
2. Through PSAs, you stand to earn commission, when they purchase products;
3. When they become EA, etc you will gain suitable VP (as explained by SFI in the To Do List);
4. The higher your rank and the more your PSAs build their team, you stand to earn more and more.
5. Having understood these two clearly, keep introducing PRMs and stay focused on Building your
Team consistently so that sky will be the limit for your growth.
