There are three "like currencies" that we are using at SFI TrippleClicks. Most items are priced in these three currency-like prices. We can use these three to buy any items from TripleClicks with exception of few.
1. The real money - with real money value. We transact with SFI with real money either through credit cards or Paypal.
2. Tcredits - You can use TCredits not only to buy items from Tripleclicks but you also also use it to play games, to bid at auction to download song and to list item for sale. You can buy these Tcredits at different prices depending on the number of Tcredit you buy at a time. You can also win this from auction or as a prize or reward.
3. Member reward Points (MRP) - You earn these points as rewards to what you do or as a price for contest and draws.
This is the relationship of these three "currencies".
1. You can use real money to buy Tcredits but you can not buy MRP with money.
2. You can not exchange Tcredits with money (unless you use it to reward new PSA) and you can not buy MRP also with Tcredits.
3. You can buy TCredits with your MRP but you can not exchange your MRP with real money.
How about TCurrency?
TCurrency belongs to the category of real money. This is use by the countries where credit cards and paypal are not accepted in online transaction.
In these countries, there are few individual who can transact business online, probably they have relatives in other country that they can use their credit cards or open paypal account.
They apply as local vendors of these Tcurrencies. People from their country transact with them and the Local vendors transact with SFI. They buy Tcurrencies and use these T-currencies to transact at SFI and these are good as real money.
