Your recruiting tools and the audience where you are recruiting will determine whether you will recruit PRM or PSA.

If you are using any features at TripleClicks you will be recruiting PRM's. These features include.
1. Promoting any item sold at TripleClicks - This is good to promote early in your SFI journey because this will give us an outright income.
2. PriceBender auction. - This is good to promote to competitive people and wanted to buy items at lesser price.
3. Any Zebra games - This is very light and friendly tool and very easy to promote because it does not sound scammy.
4. Song of the month - For song artist.
Usually PRM gives you short term income but they can become long term if they will sign up also as affilaite.
If you using SFI affiliate program, then you are recruiting PSA's. PSA are good because they will be your long term source of income. Whatever they buy in the future you will always have a commission. They can also help you increase your share at the executive pool because you can harvest their VP if both of you qualify for it.
So if you want long term income get more PSA's and if you want immediate but short term income recruit more PRMs.
