Hi Sameer, communication is key in every successful business. In SFI to set up proper communication with your new PSAs, you must try to know them in detail. The person, area of strength, weakness and other related personal issues. Where you can get all these is the affiliates' profile. The affiliates profile is the details supplied about your affiliates when they first join SFI. The affiliate profile gives a detailed account of the person of your PSAs, and you can use it to identify thier strength and weakness; and through it know what to say or communicate with them. The affiliates profile has the following details about your PSAs:
1. Use the general information section to know the reason your affiliate is joining SFI, his primary language, and how he/she came into SFI.
- The primary language segment will let you which language to use in communication with your affiliate, or re-asign him/her.
- The reason for joining SFI is important so you know how to offer support and better motivation to him/her.
- If just joining SFI discuss the NMP advantage/package with him/her.
2. Use the Prior experience section to help as follows:
- If he/she has been in business before, which type of business, then assist him/her based on information provided.
- If own a physical store, advice on becoming an ECA.
- If he has been in network marketing before, he knows the rudiments and so easier to talk to.
- If he has business besides SFI advice on time management with his SFI business.
- Marketing method will let you know which SFI marketing methods will be best for him.
- Has he/she been a leader before?, advice him on becoming a team leader in SFI.
3. Use the business strategy information section as follows:
- Number of hours to devote to SFI talks about his availability. Advice based on this.
- Number of targeted affiliate he can personally recruit each month suggest to you to encourage him more if he has more numbers.
- What he needs most will suggest how you can support him/her. eg. training, advice him to go through SFI training materials.
- Use the marketing method to suggest best way to market his SFI business.
- Amount per month he/she can invest, let you if you can advice on taking standing orders.
- If he/she has a domain, advice on using it to sell his/her gateways.
- If he/she has a personal website, advice him/her to use it to market his SFI business.
4. Use the Upline segment as follows:
- Number of times he/she has communicated with you, if few, advice for more communication.
- Your affiliate rating of you is important. If below 4 then improve your support services to him/her.
- Requirement from sponsor - try to look into this and find a way to meet his business support needs.
- See how upline leaders are rated, and get a clue on affiliate satisfaction with his/her upline leaders.
5. Use the affiliate goals in SFI as follows:
- His biggest strength talks about his best personal character contribution to SFI.
- His planned commission should be used to encourage him to be more serious.
- If his SFI business is full-time then more support from you, and he can achieve more.
- His dream should be used to encourage him to be more serious .e.g $10,000 per month.
- What is his Power rank goals, encourage him to achieve it.
- His team leader goal should also be used to encourage him/her to do more in that line.
6. Use his Permission details to know who he is, extrovert or an introvert.
- Advice him accordingly.
