Hello Oprea, the quarterly leadership challenge is for all SFI affiliates interested in developing a strong, active group of personally sponsored affiliates. It’s for affiliates who understand that duplication = compensation. The Leadership Challenge contest offers great prizes including a cool new SFI badge, up to 500 TCredits (a $160 value), exclusive new SFI and TripleClicks gear, and over $1,000 in bonus drawing prizes etc Getting more of your team to participate in the SFI's leadership challenge depend on a number of things:
1. Create the Awareness: Getting your affiliates to know that such challenge is going on is important. Many affiliates treats the information received from SFI with levity until you talk to them about it.
2. Explain the Purpose: Without knowing the purpose of a thing, abuse is inevitable. Let your affiliates know about the purpose of the challenge contest. It is for all SFI affiliates who are interested in developing a strong, active group of personally sponsored affiliates. It’s for affiliates who understand that duplication = compensation.
3. Let Them Know What They Need to Do to Qualify: Explain to them what they need to do to qualify for the prizes. Example, for Level 1 prize, develop just 4 new EA2s to earn the Leadership Challenge badge for your SFI homepage; and an exclusive SFI Team Leader "I lead by example" wrist band; and 100 TCredits. For Level 2 prize, develop just 4 new EA2s to earn the Leadership Challenge badge for your SFI homepage; 200 TCredits; and our new TripleClicks tote bag featuring a large main compartment, etc
4. Give Details of Contest Period: Letting your affiliates know about the contest period is essential. It will let them know when to put in their participation. For instance, the Summer 2015 Leadership Challenge is ongoing at the moment and it is a new contest from July 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
5. Announce the Prizes: Let your affiliates know what they stand to gain if they participate. Some of the prizes are:
Level 1: Earn the Summer 2015 Leadership Challenge badge for your SFI homepage; an an exclusive SFI Team Leader "I lead by example" wrist band; and 100 TCredits.
Level 2: Earn the badge; the SFI wrist band; 200 TCredits; and the new TripleClicks tote bag featuring a large main compartment. etc.
6. Announce Bonuses Too: Apart from the guaranteed prizes, 25 winners will be drawn to receive a TripleClicks 1-ounce silver bar, and one grand prize winner will receive a brand new Apple iPad mini with Retina Display (16 GB model).
7. Set up Reminder Schedules: A reminder schedule should be sent to your affiliates from time to time so them can be part of the contest.
8. Give Motivation for Participation and Winning: Give your affiliates some motivation to compel them to participate in the contest. For instance, you participate and win in the contest, you'll get ..... Try set your motivation terms and conditions.
9. State the Rules: Everything in life has rules. Let your affiliates know the rule of the contest. It will help them to adhere to what is required in order to win the contest.
