How about lead by example.
If you have direct communication with your New Affiliates, it is likely they will follow you if you have to display before them examples of achievements you have made.
If they are actively working the business everyday, there is not much left for you to do.
You have provided them all of the information you can, and they have completed their individual tasks, now you wish for their success in duplicating what you do.
My immediate advice is that we trust the SFI system to help us do this business.
Do not share with them any advance information outside of the SFI program until they have successfully obtained 5 active team members.
Share with the the products you are using as a Standing Order.
Earnings from commission can be invested back into the business through TripleClicks.
Let them know they will not sign up everyone they come in contact with, and make sure they realize this and not be discouraged.
Help them build stronger teams through the S-Builder Co-op, and other co-ops as you are able to afford them.
Show them how to re-invest back into the business with the TCredits and MRP Credits earned.
Show them how to invest their earnings back into the business, they will earn enough income to re-invest if they are actively working the business.
Be there for them when they have questions and have suggestions to share with you.
Listen to them, and provide information specific to their problems, or know where to direct them.
It is all about duplication, and sharing information.
Keep our focus on building stronger teams first, then on personal products we desire, we will be well positioned to afford them in the future.
