Win 1 - Participation involves people in your team achieving higher levels of team leadership. How could that be anything but good.
Win 2 - There are prizes that are nice. Getting 100 TCredits per leadership level achieved is a really valuable prize. The physical prizes are also of a promotional nature that could inspire good conversations about SFI.
Win 3 - The whole contest is inspirational and who can't use a little extra motivation now and then.
