If I had my choice, I would only recruit PRMs and ECAs but that is just because I'm basically lazy. TripleClicks takes over any responsibility for PRMs as soon as they sign up and after they are established, ECAs pretty much look after themselves.
PSAs on the other hand, require care, attention and development. One could compare the PSA to the difference between a CSA and the second-home CSA. Because I am lazy, I like to get second home CSA so I don't have to expend the effort required to develop the CSA.

Alright, then I'll confess that I'm not quite as much of a lazybones as I've said. I'm actually a hard worker but if I were lazy, recruiting PRM would be my optimal choice. However, the new WAVE 3 has actually added some nice topping to that cake. The PRM that you recruit today, could add another PRM for you tomorrow, and tomorrow after that too.
