We can make SFI more attractive to new affiliates, by showing genuine enthusiasm and excitement in our own day to day running of our Business in SFI.
Excitement can be very contagious to others if it is genuine.
The new affiliate is usually cautious at first, it is a new area for them and will quickly pick up any negative attitude or complaints we might make.
Creating a good positive family atmosphere in the Forum and willingness to help them, will
attract the new affiliate.
Seeing others from different countries and backgrounds, all with the aim of helping each other succeed, irrespective of Rank, can be a big booster to them.
Mutual respect and realizing that not everyone fully understands or speaks English.
Carefully and amicably encouraging them and not trying to force our ideas onto them.
We all appreciate and perform better when we are shown some supportive understanding. Simple words like "Well done" can go a long way in making the affiliate want to continue moving forward.
Yes SFI has all the training we need but to a new affiliate it can become a bit overwhelming at first.
We are all different and what might be easy for me, might be hard for you and vice versa.
Economical situations are different....just look at the prices of the items in the ECA's to me some things are so cheap that my friends are weary about purchasing, yet the same items to others seems expensive.
Replying to a question is always easy when you know the answer, but not everyone knows the answer until they learn it.
So in the humane side of things I believe there is always room for improvement in how to best treat others and bring them towards the SFI family and not make them feel like we are in anyway superior to them...because we are not.
SFI Management are already doing a fantastic job in giving us the means, it is our choice to use is wisely...
