Great question.
Many Sponsors are new to affiliate marketing themselves and learning same as you.
Most all are active from the beginning, some not.
It is unfortunate that all affiliates do not have an active sponsor.
But, it is not entirely necessary.
The SFI program provides training, materials and tools for your use.
Even if you have a responsive and helpful Sponsor, you will still have to conduct
your business on your own.
It is up to you to learn and become the best business owner and team leader that
you can be.
Building your own successful IM business will ultimately rely on your ability
to manage and run it yourself.
Personally, my sponsor introduced me to SFI and I have very never had a personal
message from him since.
I found that taking the time to learn the business from the SFI program
was the best route to take.
For added assistance, the SFI Forum, Support, Marketing, Training, Support tabs,
as well as,FAQ sections, Help Section ( http://csi.freshdesk.com/support/home),
Ask SC answers and the new Search bar,
all provided the information I needed to succeed.
When all else failed, i would do an internet search for questions not directly related to SFI.
Keep a positive mind, a persistent approach and you will succeed.
