Begin by acquiring a sound knowledge about SFI. If you do not want them to rely on SFI, you must have enough knowledge to be backup resources. Be prepared to answer any of their questions.
You must build trust early. Start with your welcome letter.
-Be honest and don't use hype
-Don't overwhelm them with information
-Be there as their support
-Respond when they make contact with you
-Show them the short cuts, the tips and tricks to being a success. Whatever you learnt the hard way include them as tips to success.
If you are already successful, tell them about your accomplishments, it is time to lead by example.
Be business like and professional, don't focus on the freebies only, focus on investment and profit. Be sure they understand the compensation plan.
Present SFI as a business opportunity and not as a way to earn money fast. You want them to see the long-term benefits.
