SFI management is vital to our business arrangement. They keep the business in line, come up with innovative ways of growing the business, making it fun, vibrant and profitable That’s their role. They really do a fantastic job of it. Without them the business will not exist. We have to rely on them.
Our core role as affiliates is sales and recruiting – marketing and promotions.
When we recruit new affiliates we need to open their eyes to:
- the many benefits and ways of earnings that SFI offers,
- to the potential earnings,
- to the wide range of products at TripleClicks
- to the supporting community we have here at SFI (both management and other affiliates),
- the fun games and contests at TripleClicks
- growing residual income
- the fact that their business growth and earnings are limited only by their own abilities and drive
As sponsors these are the things we need to let the new affiliates know about. Once they understand and appreciate what a gold mine SFI is they will become very active and will work to grow their businesses and make them profitable. They will be self motivated.
And how do we let them know about these things? By being awesome sponsors.
- Talk to them and teach them in our streams, newsletters, individual email messages, chats: whenever we are able to.
- Be encouraging: Always be upbeat and coach them along, acknowledging their successes and singing their praises when they do well.
- Set examples for them. Do 1st ourselves what we are encouraging them to do.
If we are awesome sponsors and we make the new affiliates fully understand and appreciated what SFI is about and what it could be for them, SFI will be much more attractive to the new affiliates and they will work their businesses.
