As we know management keeps sending messages to new affiliates for the first 30 days. Our role starts after 30 days. We need to see what they have learnt/not learnt within these 30 days. Inspite of these 30 days LAUCH PAD training people fail to understand SFI. Here comes our role.
1. We need to find out in which language the affiliate is more comfortable. And then use the help of “Google Translate”to make him/her more comfortable.
2. We need to offer incentive for a job well done like logging in daily. Playing EZ games.
3. We may need to offer 10 Tcredits to new PSA/CSA to help him/her boost his/her SFI Business.
4. Setting up communication to your new affiliate is the key to success.
5. Please redirect all your new affiliates to VP ledger page and ask them to complete all the actions as soon as possible.
6. Get connected with them on G+, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin for ease of communication.
7. Teach them all the tricks/tips you are using to build your SFI business (Duplication)
8. Always appreciate them using e-cards if the won in Daily Grand.
9. Keep asking them if the need any assistance. Ana tell them you are always there to help, support and guide the.
10. I hope all the above points are good enough to make SFI more attractive for your New Affiliates.
