- non transparent transactions that rise to doubt and mistrust
- have heard or hearsay from those who have experienced the loss due to undelivered goods as promised.

To clear their doubts,
-I need to explain how electronic payments and purchases work
- The supplier(s) must have a good rating in supply and delivery system
- The efficiency, reliability and integrity of postal services
- good networking and electronic system of the countries involved
- Any loss incurred between the supplier(s) and buyer(s) must make good to the buyer(s).
- Purchased item(s) must be covered by insurance to compensate the supplier(s) and the buyer(s) should any loss occurred.
- Efficient and trustworthy credit facilities provided by banks or financial institutions.
-the government must have regulatory control on online purchases and payments
If all these measures are taken and people have trust on the system, they will use online purchase and payment to receive goods faster and deliver direct to their doorstep.
