The Genealogy filters are divided into different sections and for different purposes. The first section is the sorting out section where you easily sort out your downlines and their performances at a glance via the date they joined SFI, their rank, versa points etc.
The Second section deals with communicating with each Generation of each team including your CSAs. This is the one i'l say is the best and the most effective of all. Why? This is because you can actually speak to a certain part of your team that may not be performing well and help them without addressing the active ones.
How do you do that? You first check the generation those team members belong to and check for their sign up dates. It all depends on what you are looking for.
Are you looking for vp generated, sales generated? Are they active? The bottom line is what are you trying to address?
Based on the questions, may be you realized that a certain % of your CSAs never logged in after sign up and you want to address them, you go to the second section.
Go to date joined and input the date those CSAs joined e.g 08/18/14. Then select generation and then CSAs. Then filter.
The Genealogy Filter will bring out the number of affiliates in that category and you'l be able to address them.
Those affiliates will have a different message because you are separating them to address their issue separately. This will help to build your team faster and at the same time make everybody important in your team plus you still earn your 30 weekly points.
I recently used this Second filter part for my Generation 1 who came on the 4th of Nov 2014 and were inactive and i was impressed by my result.
I've decided to use this section again to address a certain group of my team who came in Dec last year and never logged in.
Most of these PSAs are reassigned ones and i want to help them grow. I see them as diamonds in the rough ad i'm addressing them in that light.
The Third section is the Quicker Filter section. This doesn't separate dates. It just gives you an immediate info on majorly your generation 1 e.g New PSAs today, yesterday, 10days, 20 days, Soon to be removed etc
This quicker filter addresses only a small fraction of your team and it is to be used for immediate purposes and researches.
