Hallo dear. The the best way to start building your SFI team is first of all, be successful and be a good example for your Team. Second, sponser and encourage them to work daily and take their business seriously. Support them where possible. Be in contact with them. Work with workers and thank them for the good work. Motivate them on a daily basis and last but not least, never quit even if your Team is not coming along with you!
