The Genealogy is equipped with powerful features specially designed for managing your downline.
When would be the case that the Genealogy filters to use are the best and why?
- Those filters that come handy as you go about managing and monitoring the growth of your SFI business.
- Those filters which help you identify key points in enhancing the development and growth of your SFI business.
- Those filters which help you customize your support to every unique situation with your affiliates.
For example, if your goal is to succeed in winning for the level one Summer Leadership Challenge, you would need to develop and support 4 EA2s. Which Genealogy filters will be most useful for you to achieve this goal and what are the steps you should take?
1. Switch to “Condensed” mode of your Genealogy which allows you to view 90-day logins, EAs, and affiliates with Standing Orders.
2. Apply VersaPoints (This month) and Generation filters.
3. Select the tab that best applies to your objectives. In this case you’ll need the Basics and Sales tabs.
Basics tab – provides you the VP totals to date and for the current month.
Sales tab – helps you to identify if your affiliates have set up a SO (Standing Order).
4. You can access the affiliate's Ledger by clicking the VP(T) or VP(M) column, which lists specific VersaPoints information to help you customize your support.
5. Generally, you can send a group message to all or any segment of the affiliates in your Genealogy. Just pull up the group to which you wish to send your messages under any tab and with any sort and filter applied. Then, click the "Send an e-mail/Team mail to this group" link located at the right side of the info box at the top of your Genealogy page.
6. Alternatively, you can use the Quick Filters: EA last month, not yet EA this month or My Movers to monitor the progress of your affiliates in regards to VP(M).
The Genealogy filters could be very effective as you use them appropriately in your unique situation in dealing with your affiliates, in keeping the momentum and growth of your SFI business and in establishing a strong relationship and solid foundation for your SFI organization.
