In my opinion, all Genealogy filters are important and the determination of the best ones depends on your objectives and the reasons for searching your Genealogy. In this regard, there are also filters that are of significance to those who have large downlines, which may not necessarily be very important to those with small downlines and vice versa.
Having said that, I still hold the opinion the genealogy filters below may not necessarily best the best for all occasions, however, their nature make them important with the following reasons as suggested below:
1. Profile Score: This is important for all categories sponsors because it is essential to track and access the extent to which new members complete their profile after registration, which may, but not necessarily, be an indication of interest in a new found business.
2. Key Code: This is very important in order to determine those sources of supply of signups that yield positive results in terms of the interest and activeness of your downline, so that you will be in a position to make an informed decision on those sources you may need to discard and those you may need to continue, in order to divert your time and financial resources to those that supply quality signups.
3. Online: This is very important filter especially for those with large downlines, who may hardly notice team members who are online. Communicating your team members in real time is very effective in offering immediate support and assistance before it becomes too late.
4. Added
[email protected] to safe List: This makes it possible or otherwise for you team members to receive important messages from SFI, so you need to look out for those who have not white listed this email address and offer to help because most of them may not know how to go about it.
5. Fast Track Status: This is another very important filter because the Fast Track membership has a time limit, so you need to look out for those who have not completed the actions required to become a fast track member, in order to protect those interested from missing out on immediate and future benefits of a Fast Track member.
6. Received/Accepted Tcredits welcome: This was recently introduced in order to increase the chances of new members becoming more interested and active in SFI as they signup. It is therefore imperative to know those who have accepted your Tcredits offer and where necessary to advise and assist them on how to use it, in case they do not know because of the 24 hours time limit to use the Tcredits.
7. New EA/Team Leaders this month: This enables you are a sponsor to search for those who have moved upwards in rank, especially the team leaders who may need assistance in building a team and support in carrying out some team leadership responsibility like setting up and maintaining their leadership page, sponsoring and duplication strategies. It is also important to identify new EAs and offer support and guidance on how they can maintain their EA statuses. This particular filter is very attractive to those with large downline who may find it cumbersome to navigate their Movers list to identify them.
8. Inactive: This particular filter is too important to overlook because it may help you identify team member who are getting demotivated and probably disillusioned and may be on their way out of SFI, so your quick identification of them and your timely intervention may reverse their current status from inactive to active.
In conclusion, the above suggestions may not be important to all sponsors all time, but may be important to some sponsors at some point in time. However, you need to walk through all the filters and apply those that will help achieve your goals at any particular time. Many sponsors may not know the benefits or existence of some of the filters in our genealogy which is why you need to familiarise yourself with all of them in order to appreciate and understand their usage and effectiveness.
