I take offence to the notion that any affiliate is lazy.
Sure not all signups will do anything with SFI but this doesn't make them lazy.
I'm sure we all shopped around a bit before we settled on SFI and I'm just as sure that we probably didn't give some of the other programs the time to really check them out. Does this make us lazy?
As great as SFI is it's just not everyones cup of tea, it's not going to be what every person is looking for. Lot's of people will join up to take a look and decide that this isn't what they're looking for. This doesn't make them lazy.
As to unmotivated affiliates.....some will some won't. Move on.
If a person is unmotivated it is unlikely that you'll be able to do much to motivate them. You may be able to get them moving for a short while but you could spend a lot of your valuable time on people who really are never going to do much.
Spend your time with affiliate who really want to be here.
