In most Internet Marketing companies a compensation plan is created to pay commissions to affiliates who are actively building their business. This compensation plan most likely will be built on a Multi-Level Marketing system (MLM).
It is to your advantage to enroll affiliates on your front line and teach them all you know about building a successful marketing business. Your commissions will rise as these new affiliates participate in building activities.
With this kind of system your commissions will increase greatly when your own PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) begin to enroll their own affiliates and are teaching them to actively participate. This is known as “Duplication.”
One of the best ways to show your down-line how to build their own team is leading by example. Set up a Standing Order for S-Builder or purchase PSAs to go. Set up your co-op manager to give incoming affiliates evenly to yourself and your top five PSAs
If you have less than five active workers on your front line – don’t panic – this same system will work just as well with 1, 2, 4, or more affiliates.(I wouldn’t go over working with five at a time).
Now teach this simple team building system to your down-line teammates. Just imagine what would happen if all five of your front line PSAs were to do the same thing!
In doing this you are teaching your down-line how to be an awesome sponsor and how easy it is to start building a down-line team. Your PSAs could see that your building system works because the proof would be on their own front line, which will create a desire in them to do as you are doing – “duplicating.”
