In the the Rules of Success I have read the one That says Lead by example so I saw a quote in there that says " You don't lead by Lip service" This means that you don't teach your affiliates by telling them what to do but by doing.
For example if you want to teach your downline to get signups and TC members by using SBuilder then you have to use it yourself and then your downline will see your SBuilder Badge and then they to will start to use it.
Speaking of setting an example lets say that you won a pack of 50 affiliates at PriceBender auctions and then you post a picture and a message saying that you won then guess what happens your downline will see your post on Facebook and they will also participate in the auctions.
So what I am saying is that your downline will see what you are doing and they will copy you because they are silent witnesses. So this is the case of monkey see monkey do.
Advertising in general is the best way to get downline but as a Sponsor it is your job to do the work of testing and even spending money in order to know which websites get results and which ones don't. SFI the provides you the tools to teach your affiliates which places give results by using you leadership page or PSA/ Genealogy mailer to communicate with them.
I apologize for not teaching you actual methods because I see that you already know how to build your downline so all you need to do is set the example. On the To-Do List you get 100 points for setting an advertising coop for your affiliates so it is obvious that you will add your 5 most active ones so that they can receive a share of the sign-ups that you receive so how do you teach them about this? Well one of the ways is by having your own website or blog so that you can educate your downline and then create a fan page on Facebook so that your affiliates can ask you questions and you put your answers in there. So by doing these things you are setting an example for your downline.
Remember the best way to teach your downline in general is by teaching your affiliates to do all the things that you are already doing.
