The sources are unlimited. but can be costly, slow and unpredictable of the results both in quantity and quality. Use SFI marketing aids and methods(gateways) to promote their SFI websites.
For guaranteed delivery, they can subscribe to S-builder(s), PSA To Go as Standing Orders or to buy directly from ECAs or win PSAs/CSAs in pricebenders. These are the fastest ways to build up their first generation downline. But these first generation PSAs/CSAs may not be active in the business. Selecting the best 5 active PSAs or can be more, mentor them to do sponsoring and duplication to build up their downline. Tell and show them the ways I am doing. Similarly I can do the same with CSAs.
I will emphasize on Compensation Plan and benefits to motivate them to build effective team. Tell them on the 3 steps Plan and the 6 steps Plans(The Plan) to show that SFI business has unlimited sources of income to reward the affiliates. Only through persistence, determination and focus that they can achieve and to reach DTL.Work smart and explore various means to promote SFI business offline and online.
They must have a clear vision and goals to pursue to be successful..
So the best way to teach my downline how to build their downline is to incorporate all these techniques and strategies. There is no particular ways to really influence them as we are dealing with diversified human behavior. Send regular emails and provide challenges in term of contests and incentives as rewards for them to work harder and smarter. Great emphasis on human development and the ways they plan their future for a better living.
