Actually there are so many filters in the genealogy, you can find anything you need to know about your downline. It is a very powerful tool and one that every Team Leader should be using on a daily basis.
Date Joined -:
When I first go into the genealogy I always first check for new sign-ups and send them a welcome E-Card. At the same time I check recent signups to see who are becoming active or have not logged in for a day or two.
I also use this filter to see how many new affiliates need to be reminded of the Fast Track offer and send a mail to them explaining the benefits.
Last Login-:
This is useful for the above as well as to see if your any active have fallen behind. Send a Help or Tip E-card after checking their VP Ledger.
Daily VP -:
I check to see the progress of my active affiliates.
Birthday -:
I try every day to find a chance to check if it's anyone's birthday and send an E-Card.
Rank -:
If anyone has qualified or re-qualified I send a Thank You or Congrats card. If I can I re-assign PSA's to my EA's or EA2's. I try to reward with gift certificates, but depends on my commissions from previous month. Not always possible.
Depending on time available, those are the main filters I use but when I can I use the others, like 'red flagged' to send a message of help or encouragement.
Best wishes
Keep motivating your team!
