I really do not like the way this question has been worded...
We do not have the luxury of knowing each other as we might if we sat in an office. You may be mistaking lazy and unmotivated for family issues, work commitments or illness. Working with SFI may be the only thing that they do for themself when they have the time.
Like everybody, I have a large number of affiliates who are inactive. I send group emails out with:
Did you know? and then tell them something about SFI
I was asked a question.... which I wasn't but gives me the opportunity to send out a message again.
If you are sending an email to a particular person, I would tread very carefully. If you have already had contact with this person in the past, you may have an idea if they have been having difficulty. I would mention that they have come so far, worked so hard, climbed the ranks within their country, and invested their time and money into this. I would also take information off the leader boards...the people who have been here for 5 years or more and where they are sitting...especially if they are part of the affiliates country.
I would finish with 'I am here to help you, I am always here to help you'.
The beauty about email is you can choose to read it or not. If I received a negative email, I could choose to read it or not. I could delete it or not. As an affiliate it is my choice.....it is always my choice. As a leader...I need to work and assist my team the best I can. It can be simple, time consuming, frustrating, a learning curve and rewarding - sometimes all at once!
