1. By meeting people face to face, you will be able to understand their family back ground, their interest in business, financial status, etc.
2. The more you meet and discuss with them, you will understand them better and chances of getting them as your PSAs will be brighter.
3. Communication will be simple as most of them will be well within your local area/city/country.
4. Language may not be a barrier.
5. Coordination can be quite effective through regular personal visits.
6. You stand a very good chance to build a strong and active Team.
7. The process can be slow but results can be steady.
On line recruiting:
It involves using internet sources exclusively and efficiently, like placing ads. in various websites, etc.
1. Response will be quick;
2. Number of sign ups will be good;
3. But quality may not be assured;
4. People will appear from different parts of the world;
5. Communication may not be two-way;
6. Language may be a big barrier;
7. Need to explain the business concept which will be time consuming;
8. The process can be quick but the result in terms of quality may not be steady;
Conclusion:
Growth and Success in SFI business demand patience, perseverance and above all duplication. You have to keep building your team continuously and help them to build their own teams. For this to take place, you have to explore all possible means of recruiting affiliates regularly. There can be any number of advantages and disadvantages while recruiting through offline and online.
