Everyone has their own way of building their SFI team. Some do free advertising, some do paid advertising. There are many ways to do this and hundreds of sites willing to take your advertising money.
I like to purchase my team members. I always choose a reliable seller from the TripleClicks store and mainly go with a chosen 2 or 3. PSAs to GO (Special Offer) is good as long as you have at least 1 unit of SBuilder to qualify buying at the reduced price. There are also a couple of other very reliable sellers.
My reasoning here is that if you are going to pay for advertising which sometimes does not work, you may as well pay for the PSAs. It works for me. It is quick, easy and you earn VP and MRP for making the purchase so it actually works threefold to your benefit.
