Genealogy filters are a great tool. It enables you to send quality messages to select members. Your messages are then tailored to suit who you are sending them to.
Many of us just send bulk emails out. As the emails are not tailored to anyone in particular, they are often unread.
As an example, you can send a message to all who have logged in for the past 10 days, or 30 days (your choice). This message can then be tailored to suit and the message conversation can be much more appropriate.
You can also message those who have a red flag. This message would encourage them to log in once again perhaps, to see what is new and what is going on.
My favourite way to use the Genealogy is to Sort by Versa Points this month, Sort descending, I then check Standing Order. If someone is logging in regularly and is doing reasonably well but hasn’t yet got a Standing Order, I would send them a Gift Certificate to help them get their 1500VP. When sending the Gift Certificate, I would make suggestions on how to use it to their own benefit.
The Genealogy is a great tool and you need to experiment with it to adjust it to your own needs.
