This is a question requiring much research. I have seen ways to promote via AliBaba discussed here, but one big question relates to how well Chinese websites would allow SFI promotion without being hindered by governmental control. Offhand, I would imagine that renren.com and weibo.com would be your primary options, seeing as they work much like Facebook, but I haven't done much direct study of those sites because they really require the user to know Chinese.
