1. Genealogy is a report that is also one of your most powerful resources in SFI. The Genealogy lists your PSAs, their PSAs (Generation 2), and so on, down to Generation 7 (G7).
2. Your Genealogy may not contain affiliates who have been inactive for six months or more, in order to prevent clutter in the report.
3. Use your Genealogy to manage your growing organization, send individual and group messages to your entire organization (or any segment), monitor sales activity, award gift certificates, reassign sponsors, and more. Access your Genealogy report HERE (www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy). Available with a minimum 500 VersaPoints.
4. FILTERS
Apply filters to easily pull up subsets of your Genealogy. For example: You can pull up every affiliate in your group who joined on, before, or after a specific date and with a specific Key Code or rank.
5. Filter options may vary depending on the tab format you select and include these primary filters: SFI ID; Last Name; Sponsor ID; VersaPoints (Total); CSA Assign Date; VersaPoints (This month); Date Joined; VersaPoints (Yesterday); VersaPoints (This Month); VersaPoints (Last Month); Power Rank; Country Rank; Class Rank; City; Profile Score; Last Login; Sales VersaPoints (This month); Sales VersaPoints (Last month); TripleClicks Referrals; Language and E-Mail Address
6. You can add these secondary filters (to further refine your results):
Rank, EA2, Red Flagged, Goals Set For Current Month, Generation, Rank Achieved For The First Time, Keycode, Online, Anniversary Of SFI Sign-Up, Birthday, Leadership Challenge Qualifier, State, Country, Confirmed Registration, Added
[email protected] To Safe List, Completed Affiliate Profile and placed Standing Order
7. Quick Filters
Check out these QuickFilters for fast access to information that can specifically help you identify affiliates who may need assistance, encouragement, recognition, etc.:
My Movers, New PSAs Today, New PSAs (In last 10 days), New PSAs (In last 30 days), New CSAs Today, New CSAs (In last 10 days),New CSAs (In last 30 days), EA Last Month, Not Yet EA This Month, New EAs This Month, New Team Leaders This Month, Team Leaders, Logins Yesterday, Logins In Last 10 Days, Inactive > 30 Days, Inactive > 60 Days, Inactive > 90 Days, Inactive 320-365 Days (Removal soon)
These filters are quite self-explanatory, you can apply them depending upon your requirement. In practice, CSA filter and Movers filter are quite sufficient for our success in SFI business.
