The Genealogy is your way of finding out how your team and individual team member is doing and finding out their goals and how to help them.
All filter choices are beneficial.
I find the best choices for me the following:
1. At top is Sort by: Rank, VP this month or VP total - descending for all
2. Under Sort by selection box is another choice box.
I mostly use Date joined – actual date or greater than a date.
I also use 'CSA second home assignment.' Put in date or greater than date. You will receive these from the pool when you are a Team Leader. Send a welcome letter.
3. In the third choice box I use Generation: Level 1 comes up automatically or choose level 2, 3 ...or CSAs.
I also use Country. It is great for reassigning affiliates. Check the box of affiliates you want to reassign, copy and paste affiliate SFI # of affiliate you want to assign to. Then submit. Do the same for assigning TCredits and Gift Certificates (make you have money in your Gift Certificate Manager first.) These choices are on the top of the page of your list of affiliates.
To find out the language spoken, profile, VP ledger and more click on their name or SFI #.
4. At bottom: Quick Filters, EA last month, not EA yet this month.
You can already see if an affiliate is having a birthday, anniversary etc at the very bottom of the genealogy page. Also fast track – gold airplane for standing order of 1500 VP + and silver airplane for those who chose to purchase the new member pack or other merchandise at the TripleClicks store worth at least $20.00. If you can afford to give a gift certificate for $20.00 direct your affiliate to purchase the New Member Pack at https://www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=381607 Let them know that a Standing Order of 125 TCredits or an order of 200 TCredits will qualify them for gold track. They also have to complete Getting Started Actions with airplanes beside them.
If the affiliate is in their first ten days of joining, a green airplane will be beside their name indicating they have 1-10 days left to qualify, and a red airplane 72 hours or less to become a fast track member.
Check their join date to know more accurately how much time they have left.
You can check an individual Affiliate’s VP ledger to see how they are doing and send out a tip using an eCard or team mail. When using eCard check to see if they have whitelisted their email. It will be a green envelope on your genealogy list. Don’t forget than you can ask any of your upline for help.
You can also follow how they are doing in the ECA Contest by clicking on their name in the genealogy. There are six levels until entered into the finals. When you click on their name you will see whether they are over or under the line. Let them know if they need to increase VP or that they will be automatically entered again when becoming a Team Leader.
