Although in that group of subsidiaries there are some differences among people
- A lack of self-confidence and therefore flee before they try anything
- An understanding that success in SFI actually required effort and work - and that is not what they expected
- Some entered the SFI out of curiosity and they have no intention to do etc.
You as a sponsor can do is to:
- Give your support as long as you think it makes sense
- By showing your success all the benefits of this job using your LEADERSHIP PAGE, PSA / CSA mailer, Facebook and other tools that you have available.
If there is a result that is a plus for you and for them.
If the results fail, don't look back, move on and focus on the people who want to work, learn, and make money by following your example.
