To sign up TC members, very little information is require from them. You could offer an incentive of value to buy a few T Credits, say a few dollars. They would then join and buy a few T Credit and play some games. From here they could go on to shop or play as they choose. This is an off-line method; but a simillar method could be used on-line with some variation.
