The best way to teach your downline on how to build their downline is by teaching them how you build your downline. If you feel that you are just lucky and did nothing special to build your downline, then explain to them that building trust is the best way to build your downline.
In order to build trust you must put yourself in their shoes. What do you want your upline to do for you? You want them to reassign PSAs to you. You want them to enter your SFI ID into a marketing co-op. You also want your upline to send you letters of encouragement with marketing tips.
You teach your downline that in order to succeed in SFI, they must support and reward their workers. If your workers feel that you are helping them build their business, they will stick with you until the end.
I personally keep 5 PSAs on my first level and reassign everyone else to those 5 people. That not only helps my team, but it gets me high sponsor ratings each month. When your downline gives you low ratings, then you have reasons to be concerned because they won’t be around much longer if they are giving you low ratings.
Some may stay, but most people don’t want to support people who don’t support them. To simplify everything and keep a happy team, reassign all your PSAs. Only do this after you have at least 5 people on your first level. All of your advertisement budget should go into supporting your PSA’s.
Build their team and they will build yours. By doing this, you build a giving culture in your organization. Therefore, your downline will do the same. They will do it because it works, and best of all, because it FEELS GOOD!
