You ask for the best way but I suggest there is only really one way to teach your downline and that is by your example.
There are many things you have to teach your downline people. This starts with the very basic knowledge like how to perform the daily actions and running through to the more complex topics like setting up team co-ops and hosted gateways.
The one subject you never actually have to broach though is how to develop a downline - because everything you are doing is describing it perfectly.
The duplication of the downline building is just natural because your example of it is continuous.
Any other way to teach your downline how to build their downlines, would be like saying 'do as I'm saying and not as I'm actually doing'. That approach has never worked and it never will either.
