"Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?"
As I can read many answers on this question suggest to not to go for a TM status until you have a team. But I do not see WHY NOT to go for that status immediately after signing up and maintaining it for at least 3 months. That gives you two of the greatest advantages right on start, and you should use it to build your business:
1.) As you may already know you got package of CSAs when you confirm your Team Leader status (greater TM status is, bigger package you get). This way you will be given YOUR TEAM to work with. Is not that fantastic?
2.) you got recognition as a team leader which brings you more brand new interactions and connections with people within SFI, which is extremely valuable for you as a SFI starter.
So as you can see, TM status is not just award for leaders who build a big team but also one of the greatest start-up strategies within SFI to start building one of the best businesses you will ever have.
