I believe you should go for the rank of Team Leader even if you have no team yet.
Firstly it gives you a booster in building your self confidence.
You will automatically receive CSA's as a result of being a Team Leader,
So you can slowly start learning the responsibilities and you always have
others to help you too, like your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor and further upline.
If all that fails you still have the forum where everyone is very helpful.
There is also plenty of information on how to be a Good Sponsor.
In my opinion the more committed you are the higher you will want to go,
and the higher you want to go the more committed you become.
So why not start as soon as you can keeping yourself motivated and determined
to succeed.
It is quite common to find that you get quite a number of inactive CSA's and PSA's
so you have plenty of time, especially at the beginning to look after your active team
members as you go learning Leadership yourself.
Remember you would like your team to become Team Leaders as soon as possible,
so what better way to show them than by becoming a Team Leader Yourself.
Aim high, stay focused and put in the work to learn....
Follow the teachings of those who have a good active teams...
Above all be honest when you start receiving you down line and gain their trust.
Honest and Positive people are the best teachers...
Hope this helps
