In the first two to three months you should personally work on improving your own rank. In the process you could become a BTL your self that is no problem at all. Buy NMP become a fast track member, enter E365, buy S-Builder all these actions will give your team the image of a leader they would like to follow if you develop a team later.
Believe me I did all this and today I have a team of 70 first level PSA's, 25 level 2 PSA's and 274 second home and own CSA's together. Thats quite a big team tohave and work on.
I feel it is not necessary to have a team to become a leader, be a leader and team will follow. Play EZ games, take part in PB auctions, read Forum Ask SC, enrich your knowledge by reading for "{learners are earners". This will also make tou capable of answering your team without much reference to the Ask SC library. Cocentrate now on Affilates to EA2/team leaders. Make atleast five EA2 in your team, To do list and marketing activities and wait for your commissions to build
