SFI can be overwhelming - so much information, so much to take in.
1st I make sure I welcome every new team member and assure them that I am available if they have questions.
I first suggest to them to do the most important things - like whitelisting e-mail addresses, Liking SFI on Facebook and Twitter, getting the Fast Track badge, staying above the green line. I basically tell them to follow their VP ledger day by day.
It will eventually be up to them to decide how fast or slow they want to go. I think taking it easy and learning is the right way to go - but I can not tell them how to do it.
I tell them it is easy to feel overwhelmed and if they do to take a deep breath and slow down and go back and read their lessons again.
