That's traffic you no longer have to work at to get, other than perhaps writing and adding a new page of Search Engine friendly content once every two weeks or so, to help keep the site "fresh." Place SFI ad banners on every page of the site. The sign-ups that your site generates can be reassigned to the movers in your team.
