The best way to accomplish getting PSA Members up to speed is set an example easy to follow.
Do not feed them everything at once, but lead them forward allowing them to provide feedback from time to time in the form of questions or suggestions. This will help get to know their weak or strong points.
Remind them to keep in touch, provide incentives such as rewards, and demonstrate to them leadership capabilities while setting an example using the tools provided at our affiliate center.
Try to remain far enough ahead as a leader to be ready and prepared to provide support directly, and know where to direct them.
Much of these suggestions can be found just completing the daily tasks.
