This is a great question. You're going to get all kinds of different answers.
My answer will be brief and to the point. NO, you should not become a "Team Leader" if you don't have a team.
Why? Because, as the title suggests, you will be a "TEAM" Leader. Not just a leader, not just an affiliate, not even an Executive Affiliate. You would be a TEAM LEADER. And without a team, only the title, in essence you're lying to your recruits.
Many people suggest that by having this rank and badge, it lends more credibility to your business, I must disagree. I believe that it's disingenuous to recruit a new member under the ruse that you're already some type of "expert" just because you happen to have greater buying power than most people who join SFI, including your new members.
Follow the "The Plan" https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan and your Team Leader Rank will take care of itself.
