The moment you see a notification about a new PSA you should just send a " Welcome E-Card" with a brief about yourself.
This is the First step.
Follow it up, with a Mail detailing the:
1. Importance of Visiting: START/BASICS/LAUNCHPAD
2. Significance of becoming a Fast Track Member;
3. Performing the Getting Started Actions, especially the ones with a FLIGHT Mark.
4. The need to gather the minimum 1500 VP every month
This should be the Second step.
Then, watch out, see the Movers List & Affiliate Snap shot in the next few days. See, the level of
response and commitment. React with a Thanks E-Card for the things done.
This can be the Third Step.
In case certain actions remain pending, then try to speak, keeping all free channels available, in mind. Try to guide clearly with lot of friendliness in your voice. Keep doing it for next few days, and try to establish/prove your genuine interest in the new affiliate's growth and success.
This can be the Fourth Step.
All your initial actions should make the new PSAs feel comfortable with you. You have to create such a wonderful bonding with them slowly but steadily. You should become and remain their trust worthy friend rather than just remaining a Sponsor.
Conclusion:
Please follow the Tips and the Do's and Don't,s provided by Gery and remain an awesome Sponsor. Make them realize and work towards SFI Rules of Success. Help them to achieve results. Be a part of their growth. Ultimately, your initial communication will be very crucial, as we all know "First impression is the best impression"
