Once an affiliate goes inactive, in my experience they are gone. There are some good reasons for this.
1. SFI is not a good fit for them. Wish them luck and follow up with a weekly team mail.
2. Not willing to work the program and follow recommendations. Wish them luck and follow up with a weekly team mail.
3. No money to invest in the program. Let them know that SFI never has a purchase requirement but all enterprise incurs risk. It takes a tough cookie to do this without any money at all but it can be done. If they are willing to continue support them.
4. Life situations that get in the way. Try to find out what is going on. If they will tell you be empathetic and try to help. Ultimately, there is no real excuse good enough to quit SFI! Try to keep the communication flowing and continue to support them until they convince you otherwise!
Then a weekly team mail will do.
Everyone can be EA so set the pace and be an example. When affiliates decide to quit there is nothing YOU or I can do other than include them in weekly team mails until they opt-out or purge.
