Team leaders get matching shares but if you have no active team then you will not have matching shares. Your 2nd month you are guaranteed to have a team because as a TL you will get second home CSAs. So in your 2nd month, you'll qualify for matching shares on all of your EAs. Every month as a TL, you will get a fresh batch of second home CSAs. That's what I call growth on autopilot!
Moreover, you want to set the expectation for your team. If you don't become TL asap then you will not inspire your PSAs to be a TL. You have to lead by example. Don't expect your PSAs to do more than you are willing to do.
In addition, there are more perks that come with TL status such as more TCredits, express affiliate support, create your own SFI approved promotions as an STL or higher, and a prestigious badge announcing to all comers that you are serious about your business.
